The 3 sessions are your rites to passage in learning Likhita Yoga (yogic journaling), sessions last approximately 75 minutes on Zoom (free app needed). This active form of Meditation shared via a Master Teacher, will begin your obtaining advanced "Manifesting Skills" with clarity and frequency. Completion of all 3 sessions are required to receive your powerful Vedic - Likhita Sutras.
