Richard E.
THE AMERICAN YOGI
Richard E has spent a lifetime exploring meditation, business, and fitness—shaped by more than 50 years of dedication to The Maharishi Movement, The Vedic Life Foundation, his time connected to The Ohio State School of Education, a love of golf, and, above all, his family.
Over the years, he has worked with more than 200,000 students around the world, including Olympians, student athletes, and professional women’s organizations. One of his students went on to become the first visually impaired graduate of The Ohio State School of Law—an achievement he holds close to heart. He also served as the “Yogi of Record” for Arnold Schwarzenegger’s fitness event, The Arnold Classic. His work has been shared through outlets such as The Los Angeles Times, The New York Post, The San Diego Union-Tribune, The Today Show, ESPN, and NBC.
Known as The American Yogi, Richard continues to welcome people from all walks of life. His approach is simple: come as you are. At the center of his teaching is a belief in taking care of oneself and finding balance—bringing the wisdom of Eastern traditions into the rhythm of everyday Western life.
